Shipping Times

Customs and Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import taxes, or duties may apply based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.

Shipping Locations

We ship worldwide, with the exception of specific regions where delivery is restricted. Please check at checkout if your region is eligible for delivery.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to pick up, or other reasons, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Delayed, Damaged, or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed or appears lost, please contact us at tddropshipping27@gmail.com with your order number. For lost packages, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue, which may include reshipping or refunding your order. If your order is damaged during the shipping process we will help you obtain a replacement however we are not responsible for any costs that are involved with that process and will not pay for the product to be replaced.
